Never Miss a Lead. You find out in seconds, and so does the customer.

When someone fills out your form (or, if you want, calls and you miss it), your phone buzzes right away, the customer gets an immediate "got it, we'll call you within X," and the lead lands in a Google Sheet. $997 one-time. It can be added to the site you already have.

What you get for $997

What it costs after that

Texting runs through your own Twilio account, usually $5–15/month paid directly to them, plus a one-time carrier registration (~$20–60) that takes 1–3 weeks to approve. Form alerts and email replies have no ongoing cost. I don't mark any of it up.

Because carrier approval takes a while, I set up the form alerts and email replies first so you're covered from day one, and turn texting on when the registration clears.

What this is, and isn't

What it is

  • Your existing tools, connected
  • A trigger in one app → action in another
  • Built on accounts you own
  • Flat price, no monthly retainer from me
  • Replies you've approved in advance

What it is not

  • A chatbot for your website
  • A huge agency project that takes months
  • A black box you can't open
  • SaaS with a monthly subscription to me
  • A promise that every lead becomes a job

Custom automation, quoted from $997

If your time-waster isn't lead handling, I'll quote a flat price for something built to your process, before I start. These give you an idea of range. After the first 30 days, fixes and changes are $150/hr, no retainer required.

SMS Bot

$997

A text-in number for your business. Customers text a keyword, "QUOTE" or "HOURS" or "BOOK", and get an automated reply with the right info. The inquiry lands in your spreadsheet automatically. No app to download, no extra login to manage.

Price Estimator

$1,500–$2,500

Embedded tool on your website. Customer selects options (service type, square footage, urgency), gets a real-time estimate based on your actual price list. Results get emailed to them and logged for you at the same time.

Inventory Tracker

$997–$2,500

Pulls from your supplier's CSV or API, cross-references with your sales data, and alerts you when stock is low, or auto-generates a reorder form you approve before sending. No more manual counts.

Some replies can be drafted by AI on request, always approval-gated: nothing sends without your say-so. Can it run without the cloud? Ask. Some setups can run on your own computer.

Case study: Estate sale item identification (my own reselling business)

From 10 min to 30 sec per item 6 tools → 1 Built for myself

My own reselling business prices about 50 items per estate sale. The old workflow: take a photo with the phone, upload to Google Images, cross-reference results on eBay sold listings, check Craigslist, check Facebook Marketplace, type pricing into a spreadsheet, then compose listings.

That was six tools and about 10 minutes per item. For 50 items, that's over 8 hours of manual work before a single listing goes live. I replaced the whole chain with a single tool for my own use: photo goes in, the system checks sold comps across eBay/Marketplace/Craigslist in parallel, generates a price range, and outputs a draft listing, in about 30 seconds per item.

In my own testing, pricing 50 items went from about 8 hours to about 25 minutes. The listings are more consistent because the tool checks three marketplaces at once instead of one at a time. And nothing posts without approval: each draft listing gets reviewed before going live.

These are my own numbers from my own business, not a client result. It's here to show the kind of custom tool I build.
