Who owns the website code?
You do. All of it. HTML, CSS, images, fonts, delivered as a ZIP file you can open in any text editor. No proprietary formats, no build tools you need to maintain.
Who owns the domain name and hosting?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the site runs on your own free Cloudflare account. You get every login. I am not the admin contact, and you can move it anywhere, any time.
Do you keep a copy of my site?
Only if you want me to. You get the code as a ZIP and all the logins. I keep a backup if you ask me to, and delete it if you ask me to.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. You get the raw HTML and CSS files and any text editor works. Small changes in the first 30 days are free, and after that it's $150/hr when you want me to do it. No retainer.
What does texting actually cost?
Texting runs through your own Twilio account, usually $5–15/month paid directly to them, plus a one-time carrier registration (~$20–60) that takes 1–3 weeks to approve. Form alerts and email replies have no ongoing cost. I don't mark any of it up.
What if I want to stop using an automation?
You can stop at any time. It runs on your accounts, using credentials you control. I don't hold any keys.
Is there a contract?
No. Single project, single invoice. No ongoing obligation.
